12 March 2007, 10:00 AM– Today the march passed through Gorakhpur where the children are trafficked for commercial sexual exploitation.

Three public meetings were held in which thousands of people were addressed. These meetings were organized with the help of BBA's co-partners Purvanchal GraminVikas Vigyaan Samiti, DISA, Ajijya Human Welfare and Cultural Society and Childline.
Father Jen Joes Director PGSS welcomed the march at the first public meeting and appealed to the government officials to have regional protocol Abhishek Pathak of Child Line  said " we will help BBA to take this movement to the to United Nation and it’s a world's issue which is not only Nepal, Bangladesh or India's problem but also developed countries were also affected."

The second meeting was held at Sant Kabir Nagar, Maghar, Khalilabad which is symbolizes the unity between Hindus and Muslims. As this is a place that Saint Kabir, who always spoke of Hindu Muslim unity chose to spend his last days.

Kailsah Satyarthi while addressing the gathering recapitulated the rescue of the Mohammad and Mohan few days back in Rauxal said that " if we agree to turn blind eye to Mahammad and Mohan selling then we are cowherd but if we want to work towards stopping the selling of these children than we must join hands and take pledge to purge the society of this serge of child trafficking".

After the second meeting rally was taken out through market area culminating at the public meeting where Sumedha Kailash urged the masses to take pledge in front of Bhagat Singh statue to fight against the evil of child trafficking as many have already laid to their lives fighting for the children.
