It is not only a social evil but a crime for which you can be penalized. A child you see working in a roadside eatries has been trafficked from the village. The middle man the middle man dupe the parents, these children are made to work as bonded labourers. In India we have various laws even after this children are trafficked and the treafficker get away with it. Child trafficking has not been defined in the there is not a single law against child trafficking specifically. But I promise that till end of this year we wil have effective law against child trafficking and children like devil Abdul and Subodh would not have to undergo all that they did."
